Some problems on the determination of cation exchange capacity in soil by extraction spectrophotometry with cobalt hexamine trichloride are discussed.Methods and results are discussed to optimize the detection process,reduce the amount of extracting solution,and lower the results of acid soil.After improving the method,the accuracy and precision of the detection method are improved.
