摘要
本半导体特性分析系统是集半导体特性分析仪和探针台为一体的电学综合测试分析系统,主要用于常规半导体器件和纳米器件的电学性能分析,并实时给出测试数据和图形。随着半导体技术的发展,半导体特性分析系统已成为高校科研和半导体行业研发不可或缺的基础分析仪器。本文以南京工业大学先进材料研究院半导体特性分析系统为例,探讨该仪器的培训和维护方案,以期更大程度的提高该仪器的使用效益,并为同类仪器设备的培训、管理提供借鉴参考。
The semiconductor characteristic analysis system is a comprehensive electrical test and analysis system,which is mainly used for the electrical performance analysis of conventional semiconductor devices and nano-devices.The system is an indispensable basic analysis instrument for scientific research in universities and semiconductor industry.Taking the semiconductor characteristic analysis system of the Institute of Advanced Materials of Nanjing Tech University as an example,the maintenance and management program is discussed to improve the use efficiency to a greater extent and provide reference for the management of similar instruments and equipments.
