锌缺乏和过量对藜麦幼苗生长及光合作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究锌缺乏或过量对藜麦生长及光合作用的影响,以台湾红藜幼苗为供试材料,采用营养液培养法,分别进行锌缺乏(0μmol/L)和锌过量(1000μmol/L)2个处理下藜麦幼苗生长指标和光合特性指标的测定和分析。结果表明:在缺锌和锌过量胁迫8 d后,锌缺乏和过量都会抑制藜麦幼苗地上部生长,降低植株光合作用速率,从而减少干物质积累;锌过量还会显著抑制幼苗根系生长,减少色素含量和PSⅡ的最大光化学效率。 To study the effects of zinc deficiency and excess on the growth and photosynthesis of quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa)seedlings,two concentrations of ZnSO4(zinc deficiency:0μmol/L Zn^2+;zinc excess:1000 μmol/L Zn2+)were involved in Hoagland nutrient solution culture using the seedlings of Taiwan red quinoa(Chenopodium album cv.Centrorubrum)as test material.The changes in parameters of growth and photosynthetic characteristics of quinoa seedlings were measured and analyzed.The results showed that after 8 days of zinc deficiency and excess treatments,shoot growth and photosynthesis rate were inhibited,which led to the decrease of dry matter accumulation.In contrast to zinc deficiency,zinc excess inhibited root growth,and also caused the reduce of chloroplast pigment content and maximum photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ.
