梅花非生物胁迫研究进展

摘要 梅花居中国十大传统名花之首,在我国木本花卉中具有极其重要的地位。在引种和栽培过程中,低温、高温、土壤盐碱化等各种非生物胁迫不仅严重影响梅花的生长发育,而且降低其观赏价值并限制其适应性范围。重点综述了低温、高温、土壤盐碱化等非生物胁迫因子对梅花生理生化及分子水平的影响和非生物胁迫下梅花相关基因的挖掘,并提出了今后的研究方向,以期为梅花的引种栽培和遗传育种研究提供参考。 Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc ranks the first among the ten traditional famous flowers and plays an extremely important role among woody flowers in China.In the process of introduction and cultivation,abiotic stresses such as low temperature,high temperature and soil salinization not only have seriously affected the growth and development of Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc,but also have reduced its ornamental value and limited its adaptive range.In this paper,the effects of abiotic stress factors such as low temperature,high temperature and soil salinization on physiological,biochemical and molecular levels of Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc,and the exploration of related genes of Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc under abiotic stresses were summarized;.the future research directions were put forward in order to provide reference for the introduction,cultivation and genetic breeding of Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc.
