摘要 针对程控电源的控制精度和调压范围问题,在现有数字电源的相关理论基础上,设计了一种基于STM32的程控电源。该程控电源主要由保护电路、转换电路、信号采集电路等组成。采用优化控制PID算法控制输出电压,并运用QT编写上位机软件进行实时显示及调节输出电压。实验结果表明:该程控电源输入电压范围支持8-36V,输出电压支持0-22V间的任意调节,且精度为0.0008,输出功率为50W,为数字电源的控制提供新的思路。 In view of the control accuracy and voltage regulation range of program-controlled power supply,this paper designs a program-controlled power supply based on STM32 on the basis of related theories of existing digital power supply.The program-controlled power supply is mainly composed of protection circuit,conversion circuit and signal acquisition circuit.The optimal control PID algorithm is used to control the output voltage,and the upper computer software is written by QT to display and adjust the output voltage in real time.The experimental results show that the input voltage range of the programmable power supply is 8-36V,the output voltage can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0-22V,the precision is 0.0008 and the output power is 50W,which provides a new idea for the control of digital power supply.
