摘要
中国大陆构造环境监测网络运行10年来,积累了海量的观测数据,在运维过程中,总结出6大类故障原因,通过对照多年运维工作经验,对处置各类型运维故障提出并采取很多积极有效的措施,保障了观测的运行连续率,数据可用率,通信连续率。同时,及时更新汇总基准站仪器更换,环境改变等信息,为震情形势研判可能需要开展的现场异常核实,异常分析确定工作提供可靠的基础资料。在此基础上,发现运行维护和管理方面存在的问题,针对问题,提出合理化建议,可供运维管理单位参考。
In the past 10 years, Chinese mainland’s tectonic environment monitoring network has accumulated massive observation data. In the operation and maintenance process, 6 major categories of causes of failure have been summed up. By comparing the operation and maintenance experience for many years, we have put forward many positive and effective measures for handling various types of operation and maintenance faults, and ensured the continuous operation rate, data availability and communication continuity. At the same time, it is necessary to study and analyze the abnormal situation of the seismological station, and to provide the reliable information for the change of the earthquake situation, and to provide the basis for the change of the abnormal situation. On this basis, the problems in operation, maintenance and management are found, and reasonable suggestions are put forward for reference by operation and maintenance management units.
