摘要
采用有限元仿真分析与实测相结合的方法,从轮廓参数、结构参数、胎面花纹和胎面胶配方设计等方面,介绍205/55R16低滚动阻力轿车子午线轮胎的设计开发。通过减小花纹沟深度约0.5 mm,增大胎冠第1段弧半径100~150 mm,减小三角胶高度5 mm,采用单层胎体、1×2×0.3HT带束层钢丝帘线和单层冠带缠绕设计,增强花纹块刚度及采用高白炭黑填充的胎面胶配方等,新设计方案轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能符合相应的设计和国家标准要求,滚动阻力系数减小约0.9 N·kN-1,实现了降低滚动阻力的目的。
The design and development of 205/55R16 passenger car radial tire with low rolling resistance were introduced from the aspects of contour parameters,structural parameters,tread pattern and tread formula design by combining finite element simulation analysis with actual measurement.By reducing the groove depth by about 0.5 mm,increasing the radius of the first section of the crown arc by 100~150 mm,reducing the height of the apex by 5 mm,adopting a single-layer carcass,using 1×2×0.3HT steel cord for belt and single-layer crown winding design,enhancing the stiffness of pattern block,and using the tread formula filled with large amount of silica,the inflated peripheral dimensions,strength performance,durability and high speed performance of the new design tire met the requirements of the corresponding design and national standards,and the rolling resistance coefficient was reduced by about 0.9 N·kN-1,achieving the purpose of reducing rolling resistance.
