摘要
随着新零售的兴起,线上零售商逐渐成为供应链的主导者。文章构建了由制造商、线上零售商以及物流服务商组成的供应链,分别研究了线上零售商主导下供应链不存在资金约束、物流服务商存在资金约束、制造商存在资金约束以及零售商延期支付货款等不同资金约束情形下整个供应链的最优决策及其对比。研究结果显示:与无资金约束情形相比,线上零售商为制造商及物流服务商提供融资服务不利于实现整个供应链效益的最大化;而零售商通过适度的延期支付货款方式可提高供应链各参与主体以及供应链系统的总利润,同时可实现客户价值的最大化。最后通过数值分析验证了文章的主要研究结论。
With the rise of new retail,online retailer has gradually become the leader of the supply chain.This paper constructs the supply chain consisting of manufacturer,online retailer and logistics service provider.The optimal decisions of supply chain under different capital constraints are studied,such as capital-free constraint,the logistics service provider s capital constraint,the manufacturer s capital constraint,and online retailer s deferred payment.The research results show that compared with the situation without capital constraint,online retailer s providing financing services for manufacturers and logistics service providers is not conducive to maximizing the benefits of the entire supply chain.However,the retailer can increase the total profit of each participant in the supply chain and the supply chain system and maximize the customer value through appropriate deferred payment.The main conclusions are verified by numerical analysis.
