客户的不耐心行为对物流服务供应链绩效管理的影响:来自中国的多案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章选取了四家来自中国的物流企业作为研究样本,通过多案例研究探索了客户的不耐心行为对物流服务供应链绩效的影响,结果显示:客户的不耐心行为会对三种中介变量,即上下游协同程度、同行竞争强度以及风险厌恶程度产生正向影响。上下游协同程度和同行竞争强度对物流服务供应链绩效具有正向影响,而风险厌恶程度则具有负向影响。供应链控制权强度对上述中介影响机制具有调节作用。文章据此得到全新的理论框架,可以为物流服务企业绩效管理的实践者提供有益的决策参考。 Customer-centric service has become the common choice of logistics enterprises.Practical cases show that the customer's patience is shrinking,which has brought huge challenges to the performance management of logistics service supply chain(LSSC).This paper adopts a multi-case study method and takes four Chinese logistics companies as research samples to explore the impact of customer's impatient behavior on the performance of logistics service supply chain.Results show that the impatient behavior of customer has positive impacts on three mediating variables,namely the synergy degree,the peer competition intensity,and the degree of risk aversion.The synergy degree and the peer competition intensity have positive effects on the performance of LSSC,while the degree of risk aversion has a negative effect.The control power has a moderating effect on the aforementioned three influencing mediating mechanisms.A new theoretical framework is obtained accordingly,which can provide useful decision-making references for practitioners of performance management of logistics service enterprises.
