Research of Sustainable Supply Chain Management in a Dynamic Environment

绿色供应链管理从1996年开始日益受到国际学术界的广泛关注,2005年以后得到飞速发展;近10年来,供应链上的社会责任日益受到重视,因此可持续供应链管理——即在供应链中同时考虑经济、环境和社会责任,成为学术界研究和企业实践的重要内容。但是,由于贸易战、新冠肺炎疫情等,企业需要重新审视乃至重构全球供应链;在经济受到严重冲击时,是否和如何继续在供应链管理中重视环境和社会责任,是企业面临的现实问题,也对研究提出了新方向。文章收集了国内外可持续供应链管理研究文献,并借助VOSviewer软件对其关键词进行共词分析;然后收集了从2017年4月中美贸易摩擦开始至今与可持续供应链管理相关的专刊,基于专刊数量对相关主题进行分类讨论;最后提炼出动态环境下可持续供应链管理研究的新方向,以期为可持续供应链管理领域的学者提供研究借鉴和参考。

Green supply chain management has gained wide attention from the international academic community since 1996 and has been developing rapidly since 2005.In the last decade,social responsibility in supply chains has been increasingly emphasized,and thus sustainable supply chain management(SSCM)that simultaneously considers economic,environmental,and social responsibility in supply chains,has become an important field of academic research and corporate practice.However,due to the trade war and the COVID-19,companies need to re-examine and even reconstruct their global supply chains.In times of severe economic shocks,whether and how to continue to emphasize environmental and social responsibility in supply chain management is a practical question for businesses,which brings new research directions.This paper collects domestic and international research literature on SSCM and conducts a co-word analysis of keywords by using the VOSviewer software.Special issues related to SSCM from April 2017,when the trade war started,to the present were then collected and categorized to discuss the related topics based on the number of special issues.Finally,new research directions on SSCM in a dynamic environment are put forward,which aims to provide research reference for scholars in the field of SSCM.
