广东省高职院校产教融合运行现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Integration of Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

产教融合是提高高职院校人才培养质量、适应经济社会发展的有效途径。通过分析2016-2018年广东省高职教育产教融合情况,发现产教融合合作企业数量呈增长趋势、参与教学程度逐步加深、投入教学资源力度逐渐加大。然而,仍存在历年间校企合作稳定性不足、质性发展不足、融合深度不够等问题,需要政府、高职院校、企业三者间通力合作,疏通利益节点,深化产教融合。

The integration of production and education is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and adapt to economic and social development.Through a data analysis of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education in Guangdong province from 2016 to 2018,it is found that the number of industry and education integration cooperative enterprises is increasing,the degree of participation in teaching has gradually deepened,and the investment in teaching resources has gradually enlarged.However,there are still problems such as insufficient stability,qualitative development and depth of integration of school-enterprise cooperation over the years.It is necessary for the government,higher vocational colleges,and enterprises to work together to unblock interest nodes and deepen the integration of industry and education.
