XY-40压力信号器作为检查旋翼桨叶大梁内腔压力的唯一指示器,用于直观检查旋翼桨叶大梁内腔是否存在漏气,以监控大梁穿透性裂纹情况,关系到旋翼桨叶的安全使用。从XY-40压力信号器组成结构、工作原理入手,对压力信号器常见故障进行分析,给出故障的排除方法,为外场维护提供参考和借鉴。

As the only indicator to check the inner cavity pressure of the rotor blade girder,the XY-40 pressure signal is used to visually check whether there is air leakage in the rotor blade girder,so as to monitor the penetrating crack of the beam,which is related to whether the rotor blade can be used safely.In this paper,starting from the composition structure and working principle of the XY-40 pressure signal device,the common faults of the pressure signal device are analyzed,and the troubleshooting methods are given to provide reference for field maintenance.
