摘要
为探索某型直升机尾桨操纵钢索异常断丝故障的形成原因,准确修复尾桨操纵钢索断丝故障,通过断口分析和工作特性分析,确定钢索断丝原因为微动疲劳损伤,断丝时机受法向压力和大气环境影响;并针对故障产生原因,提出解决方法和维护建议,可作为航空维修企业排除该类故障的参考。
In order to explore the cause of the abnormal broken wire fault of a certain type of helicopter tail rotor control cable and accurately repair the broken wire fault of the tail rotor control cable,through fracture analysis and working characteristics analysis,it is determined that the cause of the broken wire is fretting fatigue damage and the timing of the broken wire affected by normal pressure and atmospheric environment.And the paper proposes solutions and maintenance suggestions for the cause of the failure,which can be used as a reference for aviation maintenance companies to eliminate such failures.
