城市老年人群对智能手机的使用调查与建议研究

Investigation and Suggestion on the Use of Smart Phones by the Urban Elderly

随着城市化进程的快速发展,城市老年人群的生活状况逐渐受到国家、社会和媒体等多方关注。城市老年人群对智能手机的使用情况,可以更好地反映城市老年人群对现代化城市生活的适应状况。通过网络问卷来调查城市老年人群对智能手机的使用现状。研究结果显示:(1)不同年龄段的城市老年人群具有不同的信息获取来源;(2)整体上,城市老年人使用智能手机的频率较低;(3)相对城市高龄老人,城市低龄老人更愿意尝试使用智能手机;(4)城市老年人使用智能手机的频率与老年人的生活质量相关。基于此,提出相关建议,从而改善城市老年人群社交质量,提高他们的生活水平,保障城市老年人群的养老生活。

With the rapid development of urbanization,the living conditions of the urban elderly population have gradually attracted the attention of the state,the society and the media.The use of smart phones by the urban elderly population can better reflect the adaptation of the urban elderly to modern urban life.Therefore,this study investigates the current status of smart phone use among the urban elderly population through an online questionnaire.The results of the study show that:(1) urban elderly populations of different ages have different sources of information;(2) overall,the urban elderly use smartphones less frequently;(3) compared with the older urban elderly,the younger ones are willing to try to use smart phones;(4) the frequency of using smart phones by the urban elderly is related to the quality of life of the elderly.Based on these,relevant policy recommendations are put forward to improve the social quality of urban elderly groups,improve their living standards,and ensure aged care of urban elderly groups.
