摘要
目的:探析流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果。方法:在我院行胃肠镜无痛检查的患者中选取184例,随机分为两组,对照组92例行护理常规方法,观察组92例行流程化护理,对比干预的效果。结果:检查前5min、麻醉清醒后,两组SAS、SDS评分、操作时间、麻药用量、不良情况发生几率对比,观察组均优于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将流程化护理应用于胃肠镜无痛检查患者,应用效果确切,存在推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of flow nursing in painless gastroscopy.Methods:184 patients among the patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group 92 routine nursing methods,the observation group 92 flow nursing,the effect of intervention was compared.Results:5 minutes before the examination and after anesthesia,the SAS,SDS scores,operation time,dosage of anesthetic and the incidence of adverse conditions in the two groups,the observation group were better than the control group,statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flow nursing to patients with gastroscopy painless examination is effective and worth popularizing.
