围手术期护理干预在超声引导下麦默通乳腺肿瘤微创旋切患者中的应用

Application of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Minimally Invasive Circumcision of Breast Tumor with Maimertong under the Guidance of Ultrasound

目的:观察探讨围手术期护理干预在超声引导下麦默通乳腺肿瘤微创旋切患者中的应用。方法:选择我院收治的60例超声引导下麦默通乳腺肿瘤微创旋切患者,病例来源2018年11月至2020年3月。采取随机数表法分成对照组、观察组,各组占30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围手术期护理干预。统计并发症,调查满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率3.3%低于对照组16.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(93.48±5.12)分高于对照组(87.92±6.13)分,数据分析,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下麦默通乳腺肿瘤微创旋切患者给予围手术期护理干预,效果满意,可推广。

Objective:To observe and discuss the application of perioperative nursing intervention in the minimally invasive circumcision of breast tumor with maimertong under the guidance of ultrasound.Methods:60 cases of micromethon breast tumor minimally invasive circumcision under the guidance of ultrasound were selected from November 2018 to March 2020.Randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.The complications were counted and satisfaction was investigated.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.3%lower than that in the control group(16.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group(93.48±5.12)was higher than that in the control group(87.92±6.13),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of ultrasound,patients with minimally invasive mastectomy were given perioperative nursing intervention,the effect was satisfactory,and it can be popularized.
