社区建成环境对家庭出行碳排放影响研究——以南京主城区典型社区为例 被引量:6

摘要 社区是城市居民生活的基础单元,存量大、能耗水平偏高,因而成为城市低碳发展的基础载体,而家庭出行碳排放是社区碳排放的重要组成部分。社区建成环境反映了社区内外的空间形态,不仅引导居民的出行需求及行为,还对出行碳排放有一定的影响。该文以南京市主城区某社区为例,探究社区建成环境因素对家庭出行碳排放的影响,并构建了两者之间的回归模型。结果表明:家庭出行碳排放中私家车碳排放占比最高,碳排放结构接近“60-20”准则;社区建成环境对家庭出行碳排放有显著影响。然后,从社区开发、社区规划设计、社区家庭及个人三个角度提出节能减碳建议。 As a fundamental living unit of urban residents,the community is large in quantity and great in energy consumption,making it a basic carrier for the low-carbon development of a city.Carbon emission by family travel is an important contributor to community carbon emissions.The built community environment reflects the spatial form inside and outside a community,which not only guides the residents’travel demands and behaviors,but also somewhat impacts travel carbon emissions.Based on the case of a community in the main urban area of Nanjing,this paper investigated the impact of built community environment on carbon emission by family travel,and established a regression model between the two.The results showed that the carbon emission by private cars tops in the carbon emissions by family travel,and the carbon emission structure meets the“60-20”criterion;the built community environment shows a significant impact on carbon emission by family travel.Also,this paper contained advice on energy conservation and carbon reduction from three facets:community development,community planning and design,efforts by community,family and individuals.
