外墙真石漆施工工艺及质量通病防治研究

Study on Construction Technology of Real Stone Paint for Exterior Walls and Prevention of Common Quality Defects

真石漆作为一种外墙装饰材料,具有耐污性好、耐擦洗、粘接力强、无毒环保、使用寿命长等优点,被广泛应用于外墙装饰等方面。该文简要介绍了真石漆的特点及施工工艺,针对工程实例中常见的几种质量通病出现的原因进行分析,并提出了一些预防措施,对提高真石漆的施工质量有一定参考作用。

Real stone paint,a type of decoration material for exterior walls,has advantages like remarkable pollution tolerance,scrub resistance,great adhesive strength,non toxicity,environmental protection,and long service life,so it’s being massively adopted in exterior wall decoration.This paper briefly introduced the construction process and characteristics of the real stone paint,analyzed the causes of several common quality diseases in actual engineering cases,and put forward some preventive measures,aiming to provide a reference for the improvement of the construction quality of real stone paint.
