摘要 在高等职业院校数控人才培养工作中,数控装调实训台是必不可少的实训设备,但是由于数控装调实训台单机造价过高,导致无法采购充足的实训台来满足学生的实训要求.为此,采用TRIZ理论进行数控装调实训台设计,在满足学生实训基本要求的前提下,将实训台进行优化,成功地设计出一套基于FANUC数控系统的数控装调实训台,通过实验教学,起到了良好的效果[1]. Numerical control installation and adjustment training platform is an indispensable training equipment in the training of numerical control talents in higher vocational colleges.However,due to the high cost of CNC installation and adjustment training platform,it is impossible to purchase enough training platforms to meet the practical training requirements of students.Therefore,TRIZ theory is adopted to design the CNC installation and adjustment training platform.On the premise of meeting students'basic training requirements,the training platform is optimized.Successfully designed a set of numerical control installation and adjustment training platform based on FANUC numerical control system.
