Design and Implementation of LWDGSoftware Based on Android

为了满足煤矿智能化开采对大量钻孔精细探测的需求,设计并实现了一套基于Android矿用随钻伽马测井数据采集软件。该软件在防爆手机上安装使用,与仪器通过wifi传输数据,具有仪器检测、同步测量、数据传输、数据查看、数据处理的功能。采用3层架构设计,多线程实现,让工作过程中保证wifi不掉线,利用SQL数据库管理数据。描述了软件的需求设计、功能模块设计,并用Java语言完成软件的开发,煤矿井下实际应用表明该软件操作简单,容错性强。该软件的成功开发,为大范围推广矿用随钻测井仪提供了保障。

In order to meet the needs of intelligent mining for a large number of borehole logging,a set of data acquisition software based on Android forGamma logging while drilling(LWDG)is designed and implemented.The software is installed and used on explosion-proof mobile phone.It transmits data with the instrument through WIFI.It has the functions of instrument detection,synchronous measurement,data transmission,data viewing and data processing.Using three-tier architecture design,multi-threaded implementation,so that the work process to ensure that WIFI is not off-line,Software uses SQL database to manage datato facilitate large amounts of data management.The requirement design and function module design of the software are described,and the software is developed with Java language.The practical application in coal mine shows that the software is easy to operate and has strong fault tolerance.The successful development of the software provides a guarantee for the wide promotion of mining logging while drilling tool.
