摘要
通过对选择性加氢催化剂KJH-401在荆门分公司烷基化装置上的工业运行数据进行跟踪分析可知,该催化剂具有较好的选择加氢活性、异构化效果,双烯烃加氢率达100%,烯烃异构化率达65.3%,基本可以满足该装置烷基化原料双烯烃选择加氢的要求,经济和环境效益显著。
The analysis of industrial operation data of selective hydrogenation catalyst KJH-401 in the alkylation unit of Jingmen Petrochemical Company shows that the catalyst has good selective hydrogenation activity and isomerization effect,and the hydrogenation rate of the diolefins reaches 100%.The isomerization rate can reach 65.3%,which can basically meet the requirements of selective hydrogenation of the alkylation feedstock diolefins in this alkylation unit,and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
