摘要
瓦斯系统是炼化企业重要的工艺系统,瓦斯平衡对炼化企业装置平稳运行有重要作用,但瓦斯系统产耗不平衡情况时有发生,瓦斯产大于耗会造成瓦斯放火炬,给企业带来经济损失,瓦斯产小于耗需要向瓦斯管网补充燃料,增加企业运行成本。随着环保要求的日益严格,做好瓦斯平衡减少火炬排放,对企业生存发展有重要意义。文章主要分析了炼化企业瓦斯系统在装置正常生产运行、催化裂化装置开工、延迟焦化装置突发事故时瓦斯系统平衡措施,丙烷与天然气使用成本的测算方法和瓦斯系统管理经验。通过这些措施某炼化企业实现了正常生产时火炬零排放,为企业增加了经济效益。
The gas system is an essential process system in petrochemical enterprises,and the gas balance plays an important role in the smooth operation of petrochemical plants.However,the imbalance between gas production and gas consumption still occurs occasionally.When gas production is more than gas consumption,the excess gas is flared,causing economic losses.When gas production is less than gas consumption,additional fuel should be added to the gas pipeline network,increasing the operating costs.Meanwhile,with the increasingly stringent environmental requirements,a better gas balance is of great significance to reducing flare emissions and strengthening enterprise vitality.In order to solve this problem,the petrochemical enterprises have formulated measures to improve gas balance and management.This paper mainly introduces the balance measures for the gas system in dealing with the normal operation of the plants,the start-up of the catalytic cracking unit and the unexpected accident of the delayed coking unit,as well as the experience in propane/natural gas cost calculation and gas system management.All these have helped the petrochemical enterprise realize zero flare emission and increase economic benefits.
