电站给水泵偶合器失速的原因分析与处理

摘要 锅炉给水泵是电站中的关键设备,调速型液力偶合器在给水泵上的应用非常广泛。通过分析该类型调速给水泵运行中突然失压的故障现象,判断故障原因是为偶合器提供工作油液的自带内置式主油泵泵轴传动失效。经过从多方面分析及计算,采取了更换零部件、主油泵改双键传动、增设润滑点以及增强结构刚度等系列整改措施,使该调速给水泵消除了故障,恢复了正常运行。 The Boiler feed pump is the key equipment in a power plant,and the hydraulic coupling is widely used in the feed pump.In this paper,by analyzing the failure phenomenon of the sudden loss of pressure in the operation of this speed-regulating feed pump,it is believed that the failure is caused by the failure of the shaft drive of the built-in main oil pump which provides working fluid for the coupling.Through analysis and calculations,the improvement measures have been taken,such as replacement of spare parts,change to double key transmission for main oil pump,addition of lubrication points and enhancement of structural stiffness,which have eliminated the fault of the speed-regulating feed pump and restored its normal operation.
