流程模拟技术在合成氨工业CO2排放核算中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用流程模拟技术对某化工企业45万t/a合成氨装置进行了流程建模,结合装置物料平衡计算结果,获取了整个工艺过程的碳流向,确定了合成氨生产过程产生的温室气体排放和燃料燃烧产生的温室气体排放,实现了对装置温室气体排放量的精确计算。在设计工况下,装置CO2年排放量为1322453 t,与第三方机构核查结果较为匹配。可为类似装置温室气体排放计算提供参考,对企业实现温室气体排放的在线监测及精细化管理工作有积极意义。 The process modeling of a 450,000 ton/year ammonia plant was carried out by using the process simulation technology.Combined with the material balance calculation results of the plant,the carbon flow path of the whole process was obtained,and the greenhouse gas emissions from the production of synthetic ammonia and the greenhouse gas emissions from fuel combustion were determined,and the accurate calculation of the greenhouse gas emissions from the plant was realized.Under design condition,the annual emission of the plant is 1322,453 tons of CO2,which is consistent with the third-party verification results.It can provide reference for the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions of similar plants and has positive significance for the on-line monitoring and fine management of greenhouse gas emissions.
