摘要
随着程控技术的不断发展,自动化程控需求不断增强,市面上涌现出各类程控设备,科研院校及生产型企业的科研生产活动中通常会出现大量多型号多台套程控仪器同时使用的场合,但其中各仪器处于相对独立的工作状态,仪器间的协同工作完全依赖人工干预,没有形成统一体。针对此情况,从一个应用实例入手,讨论以计算机作为控制中枢在VB开发环境下通过软件编程方式控制KEYSIGHT 34470A数字多用表测量VDC的三种设计方法,并对三种设计方法的优缺点进行了对比分析。实际应用中根据不同需求灵活采用不同的设计方法,在工程中均能取得良好效果。
With the continuous development of program-controlled technology,the demand for automatic program-controlling is increasing,and all kinds of program-controlled equipments are emerging in the market.In the research and production activities of scientific research institutions and production enterprises,there are often occasions where a large number of multi-model and multi-set programcontrolled instruments are used at the same time,but each instrument is in a relatively independent working state,and the collaborative work between instruments depends entirely on manual intervention,which does not form a unity.In view of this situation,starting from an application example,three design methods are discussed,controlling the KEYSIGHT 34470A digital multimeter to measure VDC by software programming under VB development environment,and comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three design methods.In practical application,different design methods are adopted flexibly according to different requirements,and good results can be achieved in engineering.
