一种配电网故障区段定位及隔离方法 被引量:6

A Method for Locating and Isolating Fault Section of Distribution Network

摘要 当前配电网故障区段定位方法,未考虑配电网拓扑结构的状态变化,不能准确获取故障区域位置,存在故障定位准确度低、误差大的问题。提出了考虑拓扑变化的配电网故障区段定位及隔离方法。构建配电网逻辑节点模型,判定配电网拓扑结构状态,获取断开区域数据。设置故障信息判定标准,根据关联矩阵得到到故障区域拓扑结构及故障区域位置。依据断路器状态,采用故障能源化平衡原理,完成配电网故障区段数据抓取及隔离。经实验验证,在时间点为70 S时,所提方法与传统方法的故障定位准确度均达到最高值,传统方法达到50%,而所提方法达到97%,在固定数据量为100 Mb条件下,传统方法误差率最高点取值为18%,所提方法的误差率在3%上下浮动。由此可见所提方法故障定位准确度高、误差小。 The current fault location method of the distribution network does not take into account the state changes of the distribution network topology,can not accurately obtain the location of the fault area,and has the problems of low fault location accuracy and large errors.A fault location and isolation method for distribution network considering topology changes is proposed.Construct a logical node model of the distribution network,determine the topology status of the distribution network,and obtain data on disconnected areas.Set the fault information judgment standard,and get the fault area topology and fault area location according to the correlation matrix.According to the boundary node status,the principle of fault energy balance is adopted to complete the data capture and isolation of the faulty section of the distribution network.It is verified by experiments that the fault location accuracy of the proposed method and the traditional method reaches the highest value when the time point is 70 S,the traditional method reaches 50%,and the proposed method reaches 97%.Under the condition of a fixed data volume of 100 Mb The highest point of the traditional method is 18%,and the error rate of the proposed method fluctuates around 3%.It can be seen that the proposed method has high accuracy and small error location.
