建筑幕墙安全性鉴定能力验证的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Curtain Wall Security Identifcation Profciency Testing

通过了解中国建筑幕墙的现状、建筑幕墙安全性鉴定的需求和检验机构的情况,提出可利用能力验证来评价建筑幕墙安全性鉴定检验机构的能力。通过分析相关领域已开展的能力验证计划和建筑幕墙安全性鉴定的要求,提出可采用实物样品和背景材料相结合的方式作为能力验证样品,同时,从标准的选用、样品的选择和防止参加者串通或伪造结果的措施三方面,探讨能力验证策划中应注意的问题。

Through understanding the present situation of curtain wall in China,the requirements of curtain wall security identification and the situation of inspection institutions,puts forward that the ability of curtain wall security identification inspection institutions can be evaluated by proficiency testing.Through analyzing the existing proficiency testing plans and requirements for curtain wall security identification in related fields,proposes that a combination of sample and data set can be used as proficiency testing item.That should be paid attention to in proficiency testing planning from three aspects:standard selection,proficiency testing item selection and measures to prevent participants from colluding or falsifying results.
