摘要
人是教育的核心,教育的目的在于如何根据个体生活的需要来促进人的觉醒与开发生活潜能,进而成为能动的生命个体。因此,“生命成长”是理解教育实践价值的基本立场,个体生命是教育实践的客体所在。教育实践是个体生命成长的基础并以促进生命成长为旨归,同时,“生命成长”又是教育可持续发展的内涵与目标。教育实践价值的实现需要坚持促进生命自由自觉的核心理念,在学科教学过程中厚植育人价值,并以生命成长为核心,提升教师的理论自觉。
Human is the core of education.The purpose of education is to promote people's awareness and develop their life potential according to the needs of individual life,so as to become an active individual.Therefore,"life growth"is the basic position to understand the value of educational practice,and individual life is the objective existence of educational practice.Educational practice is the basis of individual life growth and aims at promoting life growth.At the same time,"life growth"is the connotation and goal of sustainable development of education.The realization of the value of educational practice needs to adhere to the core concept of promoting the freedom and consciousness of life,and cultivate the value of educating people in the course of subject teaching,and take the growth of life as the core to enhance teachers'theoretical consciousness.
