摘要
互联网环境下,在线学习已经成为学习者获取知识的重要渠道。未成年的学生在入学选拔机制的限制下,多数遵循传统的课堂教学方式,因而在线学习在未成年学习者群体中关注度较低。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响下,我国开始针对全体学生开展大规模全面系统的在线授课,本研究结合社交媒体中未成年学习者的评论和中职学生学习特征,从内在因素和外在因素两个层面提出七个影响中职学生在线学习满意度的因素,采用问卷调查法收集并随机选取427份数据,进行逐步回归分析验证研究假设。结果表明,在线交互、技术支持、学习氛围、家长态度、学习动机和投入成本均对中职学生在线学习满意度产生正向影响,而身心健康在对中职学生在线学习满意度的影响效果中起到负向影响。研究结果扩大了在线学习的受众群体,同时为教师、在线学习内容发布者提供了实践启示。
In the Internet environment,online learning has become an important channel for learners to acquire knowledge.Under the restriction of the entrance selection mechanism,minor students mostly follow the traditional classroom teaching methods,so online learning is less concerned among the underage learning groups.Due to the influence of COVID⁃19 epidemic,our country begins to carry out large⁃scale and comprehensive online teaching for all students.Our study combines comments of minor learners in social media and learning characteristics of secondary vocational school students.Seven factors affecting the online learning satisfaction of secondary vocational school students are put forward from internal factors and external factors.427 pieces of data are collected and randomly selected using a questionnaire survey method,and a stepwise regression analysis is performed to verify the hypothesis.The result shows that online interaction,technical support,parental attitudes,investment cost,learning atmosphere and learning motivation all have a positive impact on the online learning satisfaction of secondary vocational school students,while physical and mental health plays a negative role in the online learning satisfaction of secondary vocational school students.The research result expands the audience of online learning,and at the same time provides practical inspiration for teachers and online learning content publishers.
