摘要
新时代高职学生的学习动力不足已成为制约高等职业教育人才培养质量提升的关键要素,提升高职学生学习动力是“三教”改革的一项重要工作。从新时代高职院校学生学习动力的现状出发,提出了构建新时代高职学生学习动力机制的依据,并构建了“四结合”学习动力机制,即课程教学与思政教育相结合、教学目标与学习需要相结合、教学策略与学习特点相结合、学习环境与学生情感相结合,建立了学生的求知欲、自信心、成就感与满足感,有利于提升学生的学习动力,以此促进职业教育改革创新。
The lack of learning motivation of higher vocational students in the new era has become a key factor restricting the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education talents.Improving the learning motivation of higher vocational students is important in the reform of"three educations".Starting from the current situation of students'learning motivation in higher vocational colleges in the new era,the basis for constructing a learning motivation mechanism for vocational students in the new era is proposed,and the"four combinations"learning motivation mechanism is constructed,that is,the combination of curriculum teaching and ideological and political education,the combination of teaching goals and learning needs,the combination of teaching strategies and learning characteristics,and the combination of learning environment and student emotions.Establishing students'curiosity,self⁃confidence,sense of accomplishment and satisfaction is conducive to enhancing students'learning motivation,thereby promoting the reform and innovation of vocational education.
