摘要
综合极端条件实验装置是国家“十二五”重大科技基础设施之一,属于大科学工程装置范畴,项目建成之后将成为国际上首个集极低温、超高压、强磁场和超快光场等极端条件为一体的综合极端条件用户实验装置。因综合极端条件实验装置须实现科研指标的“极端性”,其基建配套也须具备更高的精密性,比如设立无磁区域、多方案减振、设备独立接地电阻小于1欧姆、数千平米的超净室等。对装置建设过程中工艺施工环节的工程管理创新性方法进行了经验总结,并对相关施工技术进行了阐述和分析。
The Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facility(SECUF)is one of the major scientific projects of China’s 12th National Five-Year Plan,and SECUF belongs to the category of large scientific infrastructure.After completion,the project will be the first comprehensive extreme condition user experimental facility in the world to integrate extreme conditions,including ultralow temperatures,ultrahigh pressure,strong magnetic field,and ultrafast time resolution.The infrastructure construction of SECUF should provide a solid foundation with precision higher than that of normal buildings to achieve the“extreme”experimental environments.Such environments include setting up nonmagnetic areas,multischeme vibration attenuations,grounding resistance of less than 1Ω for some devices,and thousands of square meters of an ultraclean chamber.This paper summarizes the effective management methods applied during the SECUF construction period and analyzes the relevant construction techniques.
