舍曲林片联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症的有效性和安全性研究

Study on the efficacy and safety of sertraline tablets combined with quetiapine tablets in the treatment of depression

目的研究舍曲林片联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症的有效性和安全性。方法92例抑郁症患者,应用数字表随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采取舍曲林片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合喹硫平片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.48%高于对照组的78.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后1、2、4、8周HAMD评分分别为(16.71±5.68)、(13.45±4.11)、(8.55±3.31)、(5.17±1.73)分,均低于对照组的(23.62±5.51)、(19.99±6.59)、(14.65±5.39)、(8.23±3.73)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应发生率41.30%高于对照组的13.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舍曲林片联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症效果显著,较单独使用舍曲林片效果更好,是一种优秀的联合用药方案。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of sertraline tablets combined with quetiapine tablets in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 92 patients with depression were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline tablets,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.48%of the observation group was higher than 78.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05).1,2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,HAMD score of the observation group were(16.71±5.68),(13.45±4.11),(8.55±3.31)and(5.17±1.73)points,which were lower than(23.62±5.51),(19.99±6.59),(14.65±5.39)and(8.23±3.73)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions 41.30%of the observation group was higher than 13.04%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline tablets combined with quetiapine tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of depression,which is better than sertraline tablets alone.
