中医综合疗法治疗肛肠术后急性尿潴留临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of acute urinary retention after anorectal surgery by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨肛肠术后急性尿潴留患者应用中医综合疗法治疗的临床效果。方法80例肛肠术后急性尿潴留患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行中医综合疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果和术后相关指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后住院时间和首次排尿时间均短于对照组,每次排尿量多于对照组,24 h排尿次数少于对照组,肛门疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛肠术后急性尿潴留患者应用中医综合疗法治疗的临床效果突出,缩短了患者的术后住院时间,减少了24 h排尿次数,增加了每次排尿量,减轻了肛门疼痛评分,建议推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute urinary retention after anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute urinary retention after anorectal surgery as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and postoperative related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00%of the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and first urination time of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,amount of urination per time was more than that of the control group,the frequency of 24 h urination was less than that of the control group,and the anal pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine shows remarkable clinical effect for patients with acute urinary retention after anorectal surgery,which can shorten hospitalization time,reduce frequency of 24 h urination,increase amount of urination per time,reduce anal pain score.It is suggested to be promoted.
