中西医结合治疗癫痫的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on epilepsy

目的评价中西医结合治疗癫痫的临床效果。方法54例癫痫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组27例。对照组给予西药卡马西平进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药方剂进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、脑电图改善情况、副反应发生情况及治疗后炎性因子水平。结果观察组总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的62.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脑电图改善率为92.59%(25/27),高于对照组的62.96%(17/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(2.25±0.28)μg/L、白介素-6(IL-6)(39.78±5.56)μg/L、C反应蛋白(CRP)(22.32±3.59)mg/L均明显低于对照组的(3.31±0.16)μg/L、(56.08±5.02)μg/L、(25.67±2.24)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方案治疗癫痫患者能够提高临床效果,并具有较好的安全性,可有效改善患者的炎性因子水平,是一种理想的治疗方案。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on epilepsy.Methods A total of 54 epilepsy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Western medicine carbamazepine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,improvement rate of electroencephalogram,occurrence of side effects and inflammatory factors after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%,which was higher than 62.96%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of electroencephalogram of the observation group was 92.59%(25/27),which was higher than 62.96%(17/27)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(2.25±0.28)μg/L,interleukin-6(IL-6)(39.78±5.56)μg/L,C-reactive protein(CRP)(22.32±3.59)mg/L in the observation group were significantly lower than(3.31±0.16)μg/L,(56.08±5.02)μg/L and(25.67±2.24)mg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good clinical effect on epilepsy patients,which can improve the level of inflammatory factors of patients with high safety.It is an ideal treatment plan.
