大数据时代乡村治理的困境及对策研究

在大数据时代背景下,我国乡村的转型方式逐渐向城镇化、现代化转变。在转型过程中,如何充分运用大数据技术,统筹协调互联网等新兴信息科技来加强乡村治理,既是机遇也是挑战。当前乡村治理中暴露出诸多问题,为了应对乡村政务繁多、信息互通不畅等挑战,大数据时代乡村治理必须转变传统的治理模式。大数据时代应加强乡村信息基础设施建设;构建大数据云平台;强化数据思维、构建数据人才智库;利用大数据促进决策科学化,从而推进乡村治理现代化。

In the background of the era of big data,the transformation mode of rural areas in China is gradually changed to urbanization and modernization.In the process of transformation,how to make full use of big data technology and how to coordinate the Internet and other emerging information technologies to strengthen rural governance are both an opportunity and a challenge.At present,many problems are exposed in rural governance.In order to cope with the challenges facing various rural government affairs and poor information communication,rural governance in the era of big data must go beyond the traditional governance model.In the era of big data,we should strengthen the rural information infrastructure construction,build a big data cloud platform,enhance data thinking to construct intelligence database,use big data to promote scientific decision-making,and thus to promote the modernization of rural governance.
