摘要
以设计的角度介入社会福祉群体老年人,通过老年人购物车设计实践,让处于"弱势群体"的社会福祉群体感受社会发展的福利,设计生态的力量。从面向社会福祉的老年人购物车设计与服务系统作为切入点,采用用户探旅、设计洞察等设计方法,提炼获取设计方向,再以用户为中心的设计实践。得到老年人购物车创新设计方案。新一轮的经济消费升级过程中,要把社会福祉问题有效地转化为服务,服务再转化为商业机会,通过技术创新、品牌创新、服务创新等多元创新模式,面向社会价值的产品系统设计服务,让更多的社会福祉弱势群体实现更美好的生活。
Intervene in the elderly in social welfare groups from the perspective of design,and through the design practice of the elderly shopping cart,let the social welfare groups in the "vulnerable groups" feel the benefits of social development and design the power of ecology.From the social welfare-oriented shopping cart design and service system for the elderly as the entry point,design methods such as user exploration and design insight are adopted to refine the design direction,and then user-centered design practice.Get the shopping cart design plan for the elderly. In the new round of economic consumption upgrading,it is necessary to effectively transform social well-being issues into services,and services into business opportunities. Through multiple innovation models such as technological innovation,brand innovation,and service innovation,product system design services oriented to social value,So that more social welfare and disadvantaged groups can achieve a better life.
