在共享经济时代下基于服务设计的理念,提高闲置物品利用率,有针对性地改善邻里关系。通过实际考察社区邻里关系,深度探寻挖掘其中闲置物品交互的痛点问题。社区闲置交换服务设计是新共享时代的产物,对社区关系重构产生重要影响。
