摘要
以大型超市自助收银机作为研究对象,通过聚类对比、痛点总结、实地调查等方法,分析用户行为及需求,探究大型超市自助收银机的设计原则。分析对比现有自助收银机种类,结合实地调研,运用观察法、访谈法和问卷调查法探究用户使用自助收银机时的行为特点,归纳总结用户自助收银过程中的行为痛点,分析获得自助收银机设计原则,以此原则进行设计实践。基于调研分析得出大型超市自助收银机的设计原则有行为导向设计原则、情感导向设计原则、空间导向设计原则,以此指导下设计出一款符合用户行为特点且能提升用户体验的大型超市自助收银机。
Using large supermarket self-service cash registers as the research object,we analyzed user behavior and needs through clustering comparison,pain point summary,field survey and other methods to explore the design principles of large supermarket self-service cash registers. Analyze and compare the existing types of self-service cash registers and the current status of their use,combine field research and analysis,use the observation method,interview method and questionnaire method to investigate the behavioral characteristics of users when using self-service cash registers,summarize the behavioral pain points in the process of user self-service cash registers.Then analyze the design principles of self-service cash registers and finish the design works. Based on research and analysis,the design principles of large supermarket self-service cash registers have behavior-oriented design principles,emotion-oriented design principles,spaceoriented design principles,as a guide to design a large supermarket self-service cash registers in line with user behavior characteristics and also can improve the user experience.
