多极与少极圆筒型永磁直线电机性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 相同槽数的分数槽圆筒型永磁直线电机,极数的多少影响了电机的电磁性能和永磁体用量。以9槽8极和9槽10极分数槽圆筒型永磁直线电机为例,基于Ansoft软件分别对影响分数槽圆筒型永磁直线电机运行性能的初级齿宽和次级永磁体轴向长度进行优化,分析比较两种电机空载和负载下的电磁性能,以及永磁体用量,揭示多极与少极对分数槽圆筒型永磁直线电机性能的影响规律。所得规律可为圆筒型永磁直线电机的设计提供一定的理论指导。 The same slot number of fractional slot cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor,the number of poles affects the electromagnetic performance of the motor and the amount of permanent magnets.Take the 9-slot 8-pole and 9-slot 10-pole fractional slot tubular permanent magnet linear motors as examples.The primary tooth width and the axial length of the permanent magnet that affect the operating performance of the fractional-slot cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor are optimized separately based on Ansoft software.Analyze and compare the electromagnetic performance and the permanent magnet consumption under load and no load of two motors,reveals the effect of multi-pole and less-pole on the performance of fractional slot tubular permanent magnet linear motor.The conclusions can provide some theoretical guidance for the analysis and design of tubular permanent magnet linear motors.
