摘要
为了探究金刚石滚轮修整参数对18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢外圆磨削表面残余应力的影响,采用烧结和电镀两种金刚石滚轮对陶瓷结合剂棕刚玉砂轮进行了修整试验。通过对磨削后表面残余应力的检测和金刚石滚轮修整机理的分析,探究了修整进给量、轴向进给速度、修整速比对残余应力的影响。结果表明:外圆磨削表面残余压应力值随着修整进给量、轴向进给速度、修整速比的增大而增大;在相同的修整参数和磨削状况下,使用电镀金刚石滚轮修整的砂轮磨削表面残余压应力值大于使用烧结金刚石滚轮修整的砂轮。其结论对于18CrNiMo7-6钢外圆磨削时砂轮修整工艺参数选择具有指导作用。
To investigate the effect of diamond roller dressing on the residual stress of 18CrNiMo7-6 gear steel during grinding,a sintered and electroplated diamond roller was used to perform a dressing test on a ceramic bonded brown corundum grinding wheel.Through the detection of the surface residual stress after grinding and the analysis of the dressing mechanism,the effects of dressing feed,axial feed speed,and dressing speed ratio on the residual stress were explored.The results show that the value of the residual compressive stress on the grinding surface increases with the increase of the dressing feed,the axial feed speed,and the dressing speed ratio;under the same dressing parameter and grinding condition,the grinding residual stress value of the wheel dressing with electroplated diamond roller is greater than that of the wheel dressing with sintered diamond roller.The conclusion can be used to guide the selection of dressing parameters of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel grinding.
