摘要
考虑到当前的机床设备的评价方法不够全面的问题,为更有效的提高零件加工制造过程的绿色性,提出一种基于层次分析法和灰色关联法相结合的机床设备选择方法。首先,建立了制造周期(T)、制造质量(Q)、成本(C)、资源消耗(R)、环境污染(E)等5个绿色制造指标评价体系,根据建立的评价指标体系运用层次分析法建立判断矩阵确定指标权重;其次,将机床制造过程中的实际数据进行处理,运用灰色关联分析法得到最优值并构建矩阵,再对这些实际生产数据进行归一化处理,根据灰色系统理论,以上述层次分析法确定的权重为基础,对灰色关联系数矩阵进行计算;最后,对关联度系数和关联度的大小进行比较,判断出机床设备的最佳方案。
Considering that the current evaluation method of machine tool equipment selection is not comprehensive enough,in order to improve the greenness of parts processing and manufacturing process more effectively,a method of machine tool equipment selection based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and gray correlation method is proposed.Firstly,five green manufacturing index evaluation systems are established,including Manufacturing cycle(T),Manufacturing quality(Q),Cost(C),Resource consumption(R),and Environmental pollution(E).According to the established evaluation index system,the judgment matrix is established by AHP to determine the index weight.Then the actual data processing in the process of machine tool manufacturing,the optimal value is got by using the grey correlation analysis method and constructing matrix,to the actual production data normalization processing,according to the grey system theory,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine weight,the Grey correlation coefficient matrix is calculated,and finally the correlation coefficient and correlation degree are compared to determine the best plan of machine tool equipment.
