摘要
利用2种不同的低共熔溶剂溶解天然棉纤维,制备再生棉纤维;筛选出溶解度较高的低共熔溶剂,采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重、扫描电镜等对棉纤维再生前后的纤维素结构进行表征。结果表明:氯化胆碱和乙酸以及氯化胆碱和草酸组成的低共熔溶剂可以较好地溶解棉纤维,溶解后的再生纤维素聚合度下降,结晶结构与原始棉纤维结构不同,同时再生棉纤维的热稳定性下降。
Two kinds of deep eutectic solvents were used to dissolve the natural cotton fiber and prepare regenerated cellulose.The deep eutectic solvent with high solubility was selected and the structure of cellulose before and after regeneration was characterized by IR,XRD,TG and SEM.The results show that the deep eutectic solvent composed of Choline chloride and Acetic acid(oxalic acid)can dissolve the cotton fiber well,the degree of polymerization of the regenerated cellulose after dissolution decreases,the crystal structure is different from the original cotton fiber structure,and the thermal stability of the regenerated cotton fiber decreases.
