铁和镍对鸡粪厌氧发酵产气性能的影响

摘要 采用批式试验研究了Fe^2+和Ni^2+对鸡粪中温(37±1)℃厌氧发酵过程中产气特性的影响。结果表明:添加500.0 mg/L Fe^2+和2.9 mg/L Ni^2+使鸡粪的沼气产量比未添加金属元素的对照组分别提高了17.5%和10.7%。在发酵前期,发酵液中SCOD的主要成分为挥发性脂肪酸,添加500.0 mg/L Fe^2+、2.9 mg/L Ni^2+的试验组在第5天获得最大的产酸量,其TVFA峰值分别为16.51和15.79 g/L。修正的Gompertz方程的拟合结果表明,添加500.0 mg/L Fe^2+明显缩短了鸡粪批式厌氧消化的滞留期,与对照组相比系统的滞留期由3.61 d缩短到2.89 d。 The effects of Fe^2+and Ni^2+on the biogas production performance of chicken manure in the anaerobic fermentation process under medium temperature(37±1)℃were investigated by batch experiment.The results showed that adding 500.0 mg/L Fe^2+and 2.9 mg/L Ni^2+increased the biogas yield of chicken manure by 17.5%and 10.7%respectively,compared with the control group(without adding mental elements).During early period of fermentation,the main components of soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD)in fermentation broth were volatile fatty acids.The acid production reached the maximum on the 5 th day in the treatment group of adding 500.0 mg/L Fe^2+and 2.9 mg/L Ni^2+,TVFA peak values were 16.51 and 15.79 g/L,respectively.The fitting results of modified Gompertz equation showed that the lag phase of batch anaerobic digestion of chicken manure was shortened from 3.61 days to 2.89 days in the treatment group of 500.0 mg/L Fe^2+,compared with the control group.
