北京市新型职业农民通常是农业生产经营或某一方面的专家、农村发展的带头人和管理者,但由于其班级组成结构的复杂性、需求的多样性,给班级管理带来挑战。通过系统分析新型职业农民学历班级的分布特点,对班级管理进行总结和实践探索,旨在为新型职业农民的人才培养和班级管理带来有意义、有价值的参考。

The new-type professional farmers in Beijing are usually experts in agricultural production and management,leaders and managers of rural development,but because of the complexity of their class structure and the diversity of their needs,class management is challenged.By the systematic analysis of the distribution characteristics of the new vocational farmers’academic degree classes,this paper summarized and explored the class management,in order to bring meaningful and valuable reference for the new vocational farmers’talent training and class management.
