摘要
某柴油机在起步过程中出现Judder问题,为探究出现该现象的内在成因,通过应用AVL EXCITE Designer软件对其动力总成进行扭振分析,为后期改善提供参考依据;同时搭建曲轴系模型,使之与动力总成模型结果对比,研究动力总成对发动机曲轴系扭振的影响。
A certain diesel engine has encountered the Judder problem when starting.In order to explore the cause of the phenomenon,we analyzed the torsional vibration of the power assembly of the diesel engine by using AVL EXCITE Designer software,so as to provide reference for further improvement of the engine.Meanwhile,a crankshaft model was established to compare with the power assembly model,so as to study the influence of power assembly on the crankshaft torsional vibration of the engine.
