摘要
对列车端部的结构进行研究,改进并提出一种新型的清洗方案。通过对当前列车端部清洗技术的结构和原理进行分析,结合当前列车端部清洗中的死角问题,分析当前列车端部清洗中的缺陷,改进并提出一种新型的端部清洗装置,介绍这一新型的端部清洗机械装置并阐述新型列车端部清洗控制原理。新型列车端部清洗以PLC为控制核心,通过控制4部电机,结合端部仿形清洗原理,控制端部清洗刷从3个自由度方向上对列车端部的清洗,减少列车端部以往的清洗死角。
The structure of train end was studied,and a new cleaning scheme was proposed.Based on the structure and principle of present train end cleaning technology,aiming at its problem of corner pockets,we analyzed the defects in present train end cleaning technology,put forward a new type of train end cleaning device,and introduced its structure and control principle.The new-type train end cleaning device adopted PLC as the control core.By controlling the four motors,combining with profiling technology,the end cleaning brush was enabled to clean the train end from three degree-of-freedom directions,thus reducing the corner pockets that could not be cleaned before.
