摘要
通过对未焊透的焊接试样进行机械性能试验、腐蚀试验以及利用ANSYS软件模拟计算,综合研究了焊缝未焊透对高空作业臂架性能的影响,建议高空作业臂架生产厂家以提高焊透性作为影响臂架性能的关键管控要素。
In this paper,the influence of incomplete weld penetration on the performance of the aerial work boom was comprehensively studied through mechanical property test,corrosion test and ANSYS simulation calculation of the incomplete weld penetration samples.Based on the results,it is suggested that boom manufacturers take the improvement of weld penetration as the key control factor of boom performance.
