摘要
北京市通州区被确定为北京城市副中心后,教育发展备受关注,北京市教委启动《关于促进通州区教师素质提升支持计划(2017-2020年)》,网络研修是该计划的组成部分。研究团队透过大数据分析区域教师教研现状,聚焦区域教研要解决的问题,与专家团队协同规划通州区教研转型方案,从在线研修内容、方式、工具、资源等方面进行设计和实践,形成研究性和实践性相融合的区域研修转型范例,以期为全国其他地区研修转型提供借鉴。
After Tongzhou District in Beijing City has been confirmed to be the sub-center of Beijing City,its education development has got large amount of attention.Beijing Education Commission has started the Supportive Plans of Promoting Tongzhou District Teachers’Quality(2017-2020),and network studies is a constituent part of this plan.The research team analyzes the status of district teachers’teaching and research through Big Data,focuses on the problems of teaching and research to be solved in this district,makes a plan of teaching and research transformation program for Tongzhou District collaboratively with team of experts,designs and practices from the aspects of online research content,ways,tools,resources,etc.,and forms the model of district research transformation of the integration of research and practice,hoping to provide reference for the research transformation of other districts in China.
