简易颈椎枕在三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中的应用研究

Application of Simple Cervical Pillow in Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation of Trigeminal Semilunar Ganglion

目的探讨简易颈椎枕在三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中的应用效果。方法选取行三叉神经半月节射频热凝术的76例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组采用传统体位摆放法,试验组采用简易颈椎枕摆放体位。比较2组患者手术体位摆放时间和舒适度。结果试验组手术体位摆放时间明显少于对照组[(2.05±0.16)min比(6.17±0.13)min,P<0.001];试验组无头痛、颈痛、背痛、肢体麻木等症患者明显少于对照组(21/38比2/38,P<0.001),视觉模拟评估明显低于对照组[(7.37±0.29)分比(9.35±0.23)分,P<0.001]。结论三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中使用简易颈椎枕能明显缩短体位摆放时间,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of simple cervical pillow in radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal semilunar ganglion.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal semilunar ganglion were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was placed in traditonal position,and the experimental group in simple cervical pillow position.The body position placement time and patient comfort were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the body position placement time,number of patients with headache,cervicodynia,backache or limb numbness,and VAS scores significantly decreased in experimental group((2.05±0.16)min vs(6.17±0.13)min,2/38 vs 21/38,and(7.37±0.29)vs(9.35±0.23),respectively;P<0.001).Conclusion The application of simple cervical pillow can significantly shorten body position placement time and improve patient comfort in radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal semilunar ganglion.
