摘要
H型高温安全滑触线由于其在电能输送过程中损耗小、供电电压损失小,可以保证行车主、副起升定子调压调速装置器的可靠工作而取代角钢滑触线,得到广泛应用。在实际应用中出现异常消耗,本文通过统计、分析原因,通过对H型高温安全滑触线由铝母材+不锈钢带改为整体铜材,简化工艺,最終达到低维护成本.保证生产稳顺的目的。
Since H-type heat-resistant safe sliding-contact wire is used for travelling cranes,the power and voltage loss in electric power transmission is small and the speed regulating devices of main and vice hoists in the travelling crane can be operated reliably.Therefore,the H-type heat-resistant safe sliding-contact wire instead of angle-steel sliding-contact wire is widely used in travelling cranes.The causes of abnormal consumption of the H-type heat-resistant safe sliding-contact wire in practical use are statistically analyzed,the H-type heat-resistant safe sliding-contact wire made from aluminum is changed to that made from copper,the structure of the H-type heat-resistant safe sliding-contact wire is simplified so that the purposes of low maintenance cost and stable and smooth operation of cranes are reached.
